Terms of Service

Use only documents you own or are authorized to process. This tool exists for converting your own statements, or statements of clients who have authorized you (bookkeepers, accountants). Converting documents you have no right to possess is prohibited and may be illegal.

No warranty. Output is provided as-is. The reconciliation engine catches arithmetic mismatches, but you remain responsible for verifying converted data before relying on it for accounting, tax, or legal purposes.

Subscriptions. Paid tiers renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time via Stripe. Refunds within 14 days on request if the tool does not handle your statement layout.

Fraud prohibition. This tool must not be used to alter, fabricate, or misrepresent financial records. Exported files reflect the source document; we keep no copies and provide none on request.
